Merchant Management (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides payments-related services and software products for merchants, including tools for operations, customer booking, and related communications. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our websites, applications, and services (the “Services”).

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
- Contact details such as name, email address, phone number, and business information.
- Account and usage data such as login identifiers, preferences, device/browser information, and activity within our products.
- Transaction and appointment data when you or your customers use booking, payments, or point-of-sale related features.

SMS and phone numbers
If you provide a mobile number—or a merchant collects one from you for use in our software—we may use that number to send transactional text messages such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and one-time verification codes. Message frequency varies with your activity (typically a few messages per appointment or verification event). Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP. We do not sell phone numbers. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase where applicable.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services
- Process bookings, payments support workflows, and account features
- Send transactional notices (email/SMS) you or a merchant requested
- Secure our systems, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations
- Communicate about service updates or support requests
How we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Services (for example hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, payments processors, and analytics), under appropriate agreements.
- Merchants using our software when you interact with that merchant through a product we provide (for example booking at a salon).
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell personal information.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and product.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
- Update account or profile information where the product allows
- Opt out of SMS with STOP; request help with HELP
- Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable law provides those rights
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
